New Rulebook now on Int Web Site

The 2009-12 SCIRA Rulebook is now posted on the International Web Site (snipe.org) under the categories The Class/Rules.
The Class Executive Director, Jerelyn Biehl, reports that the customary printing of the Rulesbook and its distribution to its members has been delayed because ’ISAF recently contacted the Class and has required SCIRA to produce our Class Rules in the new ISAF format. The Board of Governors felt it is more prudent to post the current Rulebook online. Once the Class Rules are in the new format and approved by ISAF, the Board will then evaluate printing a Rulebook.
In the meantime, all the current documents are valid and posted on the SCIRA website individually and in the posted edition of the Rulebook. The Class will continue to be administered under these posted rules.’
