Womens Nationals Cronin Couranz lead

It was a ’chamber of commerce’ day on the water in JAX. Winds from the east at 8-12. Lots of sunshine. Temps inthe mid 70’s. 3 great races for the day. Lots of shifts, lots of velocity changes. Staying in the puffs was a key factor for success. There was a course change at almost every mark rounding! Carol and Kim won all 3 races with Tarasa Davis and Kim Calnan followed with 2 seconds and a 5th to place them in second overall. Aine Fretwell and Jessie O’Dell are in 3rd overall with a 3,4,4. A great time is being had by all. Friday a cookout at the FYC and Sat a bbq at Gilreath’s. Great weather is expected for Sunday with 2 races scheduled for the AM.
